Service Description

• Please verify you have everything you will need to bring with you by checking the latest Real ID Checklist found on our Forms page • Application for Drivers License, Permit or Identification Card (Click the pencil to the right -->)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint time to avoid a potential rescheduling fee of $20.00. Email appointments@susitnadmv.com with your appointment date/time and request to cancel or call 907-733-2266 and leave your appointment date/time in a voice message.
