Locally owned and operated, we offer many professional DMV services in the upper Matanuska Susitna Borough area with no additional fees. Our team can perform most DMV functions and happy to answer any questions you may have. If we don't have an answer to your motor vehicle or credential questions, we can get one for you! Appointments are single transaction, if you have multiple transactions you will need individual appointments for each.
To expedite your appointment please bring paperwork already filled out if possible, arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, unless you are the first appointment of the day (12pm appointment).

Vehicle Accidents
All accidents over $500: Require that a Certificate of Insurance must be completed and mailed to the DMV withing 15 days to avoid suspension of drivers license due to the mandatory insurance law.
All accidents over $2,000: This form, (12-209) is required when there is a crash resulting in either an injury or total property damage of $2000.00 or more. This report is not required if the crash was investigated by a peace officer.
Driving Credential Testing
We offer written exams for driver's licenses and instruction permits without the long drive to Palmer / Wasilla. If you have a driver's license from another state you will need to take the written exam to get your Alaska license.
We currently do not offer commercial driver's license services, but will in late 2026. We do not offer road exams at this office.
