PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SELECTING A SERVICE
ALL CRASHES OVER $500
Require that a Certificate of Insurance must be completed and mailed to the DMV withing 15 days to avoid suspension of drivers license due to the mandatory insurance law.
FOR FASTER SERVICE
To expedite your appointment please bring paperwork already filled out if possible, arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, unless you are the first appointment of the day.

Masks are now optional for all appointments.
KNOWLEDGE TEST
We offer written exams for both regular and commercial drivers licenses without the long drive to Palmer / Wasilla.

PLEASE NOTE
Appointments are single transaction, if you have multiple transactions you will need individual appointments for each. Walk-in or you can utilize our drop off service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To cancel email appointments@susitnadmv.com with date/time of appointment you are canceling.
CRASH REPORT
This form, (12-209) is required when there is a crash resulting in either an injury or total property damage of $2000.00 or more. This report is not required if the crash was investigated by a peace officer.
